To register your recently purchased Asset Protection Product or Product Protection Plan for your product, you will need your contract registration number and your product serial or ESN number. 

To find this number, check inside your Protection Plan card or booklet called "Activate your coverage today" or "Web Registration Instructions." At the bottom is your registration number.

Please use the following form to register your product.  You have 14 days to register your product plan your plan may not valid.
