Will L McCusker JD  serves as the Chief Executive Officer and visionary for the firm that carries his name, McCusker & Company.

As the founder of McCusker & Company, McCusker revolutionized the extended warranty service industry by launching innovative products and leveraging the use of technology to reduce costs and improve customer service. Initially starting the firm focused on the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, McCusker quickly saw the consumer electronics industry exploding and had the vision to position his firm for rapid growth serving the industry. His firm now is an international leader in extended warranty service programs for consumer and business electronics such as point-of-sale machines, smartphones, satellite television systems and even mobile tablet devices.

Prior to starting McCusker & Company a decade ago, McCusker was the co-founder of a Kemper Insurance Administration firm, in Fort Worth, Texas. In that role, he developed a $15.2 million warranty and help desk business with more than 150 call center employees that he later sold to a credit card company in Houston Texas. He also created strategic business and marketing plans and headed national underwriting sales and relationship management.

He also has served as the Director of Warranty Underwriting & Business Development at Kemper Cost Management and as the Director of Extended Warranty Call Center Operations for Warrantech Corporation supporting clients like Staples, CompUSA, CompUSA Direct, Intellisale, PC's Complete and others. 

McCusker holds a Juris Doctor law degree with Summa Cum Laude distinction and was a decorated United States Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer. He also sits on the boards of McCusker & Company of The Caribbean, Inc. ServiceUSA, Inc. and McCusker Risk Retension Group, Inc.   In his career he has worked with clients such as Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, Lloyd's of London, Sanborn Group, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, EchoStar, Mack Camera & Video Service, Nitendo, Samsung and Clyde & Company London U.K.

Rob Howe is the President and Chief Operating Officer of McCusker & Company. As a long-term consumer electronics industry executive, Howe brings to his role at McCusker & Company strong operational knowledge and critical industry contacts.

Howe is the ultimate industry insider working alongside some of the business titans of consumer electronics. Among his diverse career experience was working beside Michael Dell as a Senior Vice President where he was directly responsible for growing the sales, market share, marketing outreach and customer service operational excellence for Dell in North America.

He also has served as the Vice President of Worldwide PC marketing for a $2.5 billion division of AT&T GIS as well as strategically driving bottom line business results as President and General Manger of CompUSA PC, Inc.

Prior to joining McCusker & Company, Howe was the founder of Howe Consulting where he was a strategic industry consultant to a wide variety of international manufacturers, distributors and retailers enabling them to drive strong business results by optimizing all aspects of their business.

 Bill Rathbone - As Director of Contract Data Management for McCusker & Company, Bill  is directly responsible for strategic applications of transaction data as well as maintaining the integrity of the systems and developing reporting for senior level processing.

In his current role, Rathbone created the firm’s Progress 4GL database for three separate companies, totaling over 100 million transactions; utilized data mining strategies to uncover data mismatches, modifications and falsifications. He also is a key leader of the data security team reviewing data to uncover potential data manipulations that are not consistent with company policies.

He brings to the position years of information technology and data mining experience with CompUSA, a large computer technology retailer. He has served the firm as a Senior Program Analyst for the Progress 4GL service management system and as the Director of National Service Delivery. 

He also has strategic experience in operations management of a 100+ seat call center serving the insurance industry, performing key data reporting roles for forecasting and productivity reporting.
