Will L McCusker JD, a decorated United States Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer, has had a dynamic management career marked by wide-ranging business success in operations, sales and marketing, insurance, third-party administration, warranty service management, and customer relations.

Since June of 2002, McCusker, who has a Juris Doctor law degree Summa Cum Laude, is the sole owner and directing officer of McCusker & Company LLC. He's responsible for both sales development and for managing a staff of expert warranty business consultants in multiple national office locations. McCusker also is responsible for all aspects of managing the business and consulting activities providing expert industry witness services to international law firms and underwriters. He developed and secured major projects with clients such as Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, Lloyd's of London, Thompson & Knight LLP, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, Worldwide Technical Services De Mexico and Clyde & Company London U.K. Mr. McCusker also serves on the Board of Directors for OEM Warranty Risk Inc. and Service USA Inc. Mr. McCusker also co-hosted an industry related talk show program on The Best Talk Radio Network.

From 2000-2002, McCusker was the co-founder of a Kemper Insurance Administration firm, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the founder of $5.2 million warranty and help desk business. He developed and managed help desk call center and 150+ employees. He also created strategic business and marketing plans and headed national underwriting sales and relationship management.
 
During the first seven months of 2000, McCusker served as the Director of Warranty Underwriting & Business Development at Kemper Cost Management in Fort Worth, Texas. While there, he created strategic business and marketing plans, and headed the national sales and relationship management.
 
In 1998-99, McCusker was a warranty underwriting & risk consultant in Fort Worth. He created a single-location consulting practice in the warranty industry providing an interface with the underwriter and prospective new clients. He launched a new 200 seat call center and help desk solution for a Houston-based credit card processing firm.
 
From 1995-98, McCusker was the Director of Extended Warranty Call Center Operations supporting clients like Staples, CompUSA, CompUSA Direct, Intellisale, PC's Complete and others (1997-98) and the director of retail/OEM warranty programs (1995-98) at Warrantech Corporation in Euless, Texas. From 1986-95, McCusker worked for the U.S. Air Force in special weapons at Strategic Air Command, Air Combat Command, United States Air Forces In Europe, NATO and remote locations worldwide. He was the NATO director/manager of Special Weapons and Munitions Control and the Technical Information/Nuclear Weapons Systems Controller. He coordinated the activities of 10 work centers, 1500 technical specialist identifying maintenance priorities, determining commitment of resources, budgets and supervising special weapon operations. He also controlled and was the manager of a $100 million special equipment inventory for the Department of the Air Force and directed inspections and maintenance operations of critical nuclear weapons systems. Additionally, he led hazardous waste and waste management programs.

Brett Langlinais,  Mr. Langlinais is a newest member of McCusker and company and brings to the company more than 20 years experience as a senior sales & operations executive. His career focus has been within the retail, financial, insurance, manufacturing and warranty product and services industries.
 
His core operational expertise is maximizing revenue potential through office management efficiencies, contract and bid negotiation and overall product manufacturing to increase operating efficiencies and drive service based product sales. He’s successfully promoted retail and OEM based sales and service operations by developing unique core products for fortune 100 retailers and manufacturers including Best Buy, Microsoft, AOL, Costco, Sears, Kmart, AIG, Office Depot, Apple, Staples and Circuit City. His work experience comes from working side by side with corporate level leaders at Beneficial Management Corporation & CompUSA, where he successfully managed large warranty and insurance based specialty programs. Mr. Langlinais has also consulted for most of the major US and Canadian retailers and their extended warranty programs.

Mr. Langlinais lead numerous operational teams to develop customer centric systems that benefitted both the institution and end user with several industry changing market sales solutions. He is also well versed in developing, implementing and regulating insurance based captive companies.
