You can use the express button below to process your payment using checks by phone. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-734-0819 x 103. We have a $25,000.00 limit on checks by phone. If you wish to make a larger payment please contact us for wire instructions.

This option is for those payments that need to arrive in-house ASAP. The 4-step procedure is as follows:

1. The client calls the home office at 1-800-734-0819 and asks for a controller.

2. The controller will fax an Authorization Agreement to the insured that they are to complete which will contain information about the clients bank account.

3. The client faxes the Agreement back, along with the monthly report or invoice and a copy of a voided check.

4. McCusker & Company will electronically forward the information to the bank to withdraw the amount authorized from the clients account.

5. If the client doesn't have a fax machine, call and ask to speak to a Controller who will explain the options to you.
