McCusker & Company LLC is organized around five business units:

• Extended Warranty & Performance Guarantee - Providing excellence in the design of implementation of extended warranty programs for retailers, resellers, manufacturers, contractors and others in the extended warranty reselling industry. Our Extended Warranty Kits Program "WarrantyKits.com" is just one example of the programs we deploy with resellers for Extended Warranty.
• OEM - Planning and designing and providing manufacturer OEM warranty programs in order to assist our clients in moving their product warranty to a new level.  This program also provides customers extensive programs like Call Center, Extended Warranty, Technical Support, Onsite Service and Depot Service Programs, Recalls and we help customers maintain and care for their covered products.
• Contract Data Management System (CDMS) - Providing comprehensive services in contract management, including sales tracking automation, claim management and business rules enforcement, dealer management, and Information Technology. Contract Data Management System (CDMS) provides underwriters, resellers, dealers an online tool to manage the business and provide a level of automation only available from McCusker & Company. 
• Contact Center Management & Help Desk Plus - Serving public and private sector clients with customer communications and phone support services for extended warranty, help desk, recall support, status centers and more, data communications, telephone & staffing management program and center deployment & program implementation.
  
  
• Tangible Selling Tools - Providing retailers with selling tools like warranty kits, lost & found programs and tech cash back programs.  These programs all come with extra beneifts for your customers and we provide the inventory, manage the logistics of the inventory to all your locations.  The programs allow the customers to walk out of your retail location with a product which includes our world class service offerings. 

Historically, this business unit diversity has allowed McCusker & Company to weather the cyclic nature of our industry, maintain steady employment and solid financial health, and continue to grow.

In 2009, McCusker & Company LLC formed a strategic relationship with Service USA Inc., a service company providing technical and management support services to a broad range of markets, including retail, manufacturing, OEM recalls and consumer sector repair programs.  With more than 3,200 contractors around the world and clients located in over 9 countries, McCusker & Company LLC is now a leader in all of the key markets that it serves.
